Davit Bazerashvili, LL.M, MA – Founding Partner
Davit Bazerashvili is a founding partner of the firm. He leads the following directions of legal activity within the firm: public international law, private international law and international contracts, EU law, general and in-depth due diligence reports, negotiations and mediation. His working languages are Georgian, English, Italian and Russian.
After obtaining the LL.M degree of the Law Faculty of the Tbilisi State University, Davit Bazerashvili was granted the LL.M and MA in the European Policy and Law of the Bologna University, Italy. He successfully accomplished the study course in Frankfurt on the European Mechanisms of Human Rights’ Protection. His curriculum is enhanced also by the several short-term study courses like bankruptcy law, commercial law, negotiation skills, legal mediation, etc.

Apart the practice within the Law Firm, Davit Bazerashvili has many years of experience of working as a lawyer, diplomat and international expert. In different periods, he was Director of International Relations of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, Deputy Director of the International Law Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Legal Expert of the European Commission, World Bank expert in Government Administration, Council of Europe Expert in the different fields of law. Davit Bazerashvili is a Minister Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary of the Georgian Embassy in the Republic of Italy, Malta and San Marino. He is an Alternate Permanent Representative of the Rome based UN International Organizations (FAO, IFAD, WFP).
From the academic activity of Davit Bazerashvili it should be outlined his lecture courses in the EU Law (for LL.M students of TSU Faculty of Law), practical courses in Negotiation skills (for bachelor students of TSU Faculty of Law) and theory courses in the European law and polices for the doctorates of the Yerevan State University
